You will cycle with our guide through Middelburg's monumental inner city and picturesque Veere. You will see and feel the rich past and tour along beautiful green lined inner roads, through woods and nature reserves, past fields and meadows.
Maritime History & Battle of the Schelde
You will cycle through Middelburg's monumental town centre, over Vlissingen's robust sea dyke and promenade, along the water and the bunker path. At characteristic points, you will hear stories of Zeeland's glorious maritime past.
There is also a focus on 75 years of freedom after WWII with the 'Battle of the River Scheldt' and the impact the war had in both cities and on the Walcheren peninsula.
